SOUTHLAKE WATER PICKUP

FAQs

Questions about collection boundaries, equipment time and next steps.

QUESTIONS BEFORE BOOKING

Clarify the work and the next decision.

What should the collection proposal identify?

Ask which accessible rooms, floor surfaces, equipment setup and handling belong in the proposed work. Review assessment charges and payment terms before booking. If another wet area is found, ask how the added task and charge will be explained before approval.

How do I discuss equipment time?

Ask which equipment period is included and what records the contractor can provide. A further period can have a different purpose from collecting the visible pool. Confirm the reason, proposed tasks and additional charge rather than assuming it belongs to the same agreement.

Can I describe the job using photographs?

Photographs can show the pool and some room features. Add the full address, connected doorways, floor finishes and any restriction outside the frame. The contractor explains the assessment needed and confirms the collection proposal for the property.

Does collection include repairing the source?

Accessible water pickup does not automatically include a pipe repair, replacement flooring or rebuilding. Describe what you know about the source, then confirm the actual tasks and exclusions. Review any separate provider or later recommendation before authorizing further work.

What should I ask after the pool is collected?

Ask which areas were reached, what remains damp and which records are available. If additional assessment, material access or equipment is recommended, discuss its purpose, scope and charge as the next decision. A clear-looking floor alone does not explain every layer.
